And while that would TERRIFY most human beings, Michelle and Jordan were brave enough to try training like UFC fighters for 60 days with a final challenge at the end... fighting each other.

As a part of this experiment, the day before our big fight we had to do what is called a "weight cut," which essentially cuts your body's water weight. It was insane, and collectively, we both lost 5 pounds in an hour.*

This is us fighting each other after 60 days of MMA training. We're friends still, don't worry.

We were recently inspired by our coworkers Lara and Nina to check out Selena-Gomez-approved urban sweat lodge, Shape House. We wanted to see what would happen if we sweat every day for a full week. Check out the video of our experience here:

You Can Do This Work Out With Only A Chair

Ready to get toned up?

First, we'll start with some split squats to tone up your glutes and quads!

Place the top of your right foot on the seat of the chair, and come into a lunge with your left leg. Repeat on the other side.

Then we'll move along to your arms! Work those triceps by doing a few dips.

Grabbing on to the edge of the chair's seat, bring your elbows to a 90 degree angle as you lower down.

Feel the burn yet? Great! Because now it's time to tone up your core with some knee tucks!

Come into a plank position with your feet on the seat of the chair. Then, alternate legs as you bring your knees in towards your chest.

You did it! Now let's get back to that booty and do a few glute bridges!

Place your feet on the middle of the chair seat and active your gluteus muscles in order to raise your bottom off the floor.

Let's begin standing at the back of your mat. Slowly hinge at your hips and grab for your opposite elbows. Keep a slight bend in your knees and breathe while you hang in rag doll pose!

Next, walk your hands out in front of you and press your hips up towards the sky. Now you're in downward dog pose!
